Although based in London, our company operates throughout Mainland Britain and has recently completed successful projects in Ireland, Northern Ireland and Guernsey.

The range of services we offer has developed from striving to meet client needs. When undertaking a shop fit for example, we can of course offer a full design service. Larger organisations tend to approach us with the designs already in place and look to us to execute them on their behalf. In both cases we ensure that the work is undertaken not only to our usual high standards, but of course complies with all relevant Building, Construction Design Management and general Health and Safety Regulations. Enabling works and "white box" contracts are services that are increasingly used by our clients looking to let retail property. for those unfamiliar with the term, white boxing is basically the process of bringing a unit up to a finished state ready for the final user's shelving and general shop fittings to be installed. Expanding in this service we are often asked to provide more sophisticated versions of the "white box", incorporating a retailer's specific shop front, wall, ceiling, lighting and finishing details, all of which need to be coordinated with their fitting teams. With so many fixtures and fittings now being imported from abroad, careful coordination and control of lead times is essential.

Customers with multiple properties will often require a roll out of refurbishment/design changes to all their units. We can offer to assist in planning and costing these operations and have a proven track record in successfully executing nationwide rolling programmes of both low cost modifications and full shop fits.

To accommodate the ever changing requirements of their retail tenants and customers, many of the shopping centres throughout the country are permanently undergoing improvement and alteration works. These environments often dictate that major works have to be executed at night to minimise disruption to their customer base. Our gallery shows numerous examples of the work and services we have provided in this area, from the provision of new units to infilling of floor voids and replacement of parade frontages.
