Albany Interiors were appointed to deliver a CAT-A office fit-out at the Kings Road Park development, providing a full-scope package including MEPH services, partitions, ceilings, subfloor, and decorative finishes. Working closely with the client team, we ensured the scheme was brought from Stage 3 to completion-ready for letting, meeting tight budget requirements without compromising on quality.

During pre-construction, we undertook a focused programme of value engineering to optimise materials, buildability, and sequencing. Albany Interiors coordinated all specialist packages and delivered the project to programme, completing the fit-out in 2025.
