Following a competitive and extended tender process, Albany Interiors was appointed to deliver the residents’ amenities facility at this Battersea development. The project comprised a full-scope fit-out, including substrates, drylining, bespoke joinery, MEPH services, audio visual installations, steel fabrications and high-quality decorative finishes, delivered to a very high specification.

Working closely with the client team, Albany Interiors developed the design from Stage 3 through to Stage 4, taking the project through completion and handover in 2024. The amenities include a cinema, karaoke room, kitchens, work booths, games room and music room, with carefully considered value engineering solutions incorporated to maintain quality while achieving budget efficiencies for the client.
