Working closely with the client team, we ensured the scheme met the development’s design intent while maintaining the premium specification expected across this flagship London neighbourhood.

During pre‑construction, we undertook a structured programme of value engineering to bring the project back within budget, reviewing materials, buildability and sequencing without compromising the overall quality. Albany Interiors carried the design from Stage 4 through to completion, coordinating all specialist packages and delivering the facility to a fast‑track programme in 2024.
