Albany Interiors delivered the sales and marketing suite at Twelve Trees Park, West Ham, following the successful completion of the residents’ amenities within the same development. The project comprised a full-scope fit-out, including substrates, drylining, bespoke joinery, MEPH services and high-quality decorative finishes, delivered to a high-end specification.

Working collaboratively with the client team, Albany Interiors developed the design from Stage 3 through to Stage 4, taking the project through completion and handover in 2026. The scheme was delivered on a fast-track program, maintaining exceptional quality throughout and reinforcing our ongoing relationship with the client on this landmark London development.
